This 541 has disc brakes to the front and rear and refurbishment is completed to both as can be seen. The car came with the Girling Servo unit off the car so I am unsure if this was the original. However it has been replaced with a Lockheed unit instead. The pistons were sent to Classicar Automotive for stainless steel inserts and the new discs purchased from Appleyards. All brake systems are know complete using Copper Nickel from Automec.
